The Center for Learning Analytics and Student Success (CLASS) will host Indiana University’s 4th Annual International Learning Analytics Summit on May 11-13th, 2022. This virtual event will take place from 1 pm-6 pm EST each day. The summit provides faculty the opportunity to share their learning analytics research on how to improve undergraduate education for all students. The theme this year is “Actionable Research that Transforms Student Success”. During the summit, faculty, administrators, and staff will hear keynote addresses presented by nationally recognized scholars and can attend presentations, working sessions, and lightning rounds as well. All sessions will be presented live and recorded for future viewing.
The purpose of the summit is to cultivate a knowledge-building networked community that furthers faculty engagement with the sustained use of learning analytics. Faculty adoption of learning analytics data dashboards and predictive models is critical to the establishment of a data-guided culture in higher education. Since the first annual summit, a total of 553 attendees, representing 271 institutions from 18 countries have attended the event. There are no fees to attend but one must register for this event to access the highly interactive conference platform and to view recordings after the summit is over.
